The bar program is built around mamajuana — the legendary rum-and-herb elixir of the Dominican Republic — and the Caribbean rum shelves behind it. Sip neat from a snifter. Or let our bartenders shake you a Pasión de Mango with hibiscus salt.
By ten the room shifts. The DJ takes the booth. Bachata, salsa, merengue, reggaetón — the order changes nightly. The mezzanine fills. The dance floor finds you whether you came to dance or not.

Our chef grew up in Santiago. The recipes here came from his grandmother's kitchen — the way she fried plantains twice, the way she folded sofrito into red beans, the way she insisted on sour orange. We changed the plating. Nothing else.
